LEAD TIME
Current turn around for production is 3-5 business days. Please allow this much time for your item to ship. We do our best to get each product out the door of our home and into yours as soon as possible.
ORDER CHANGES
For any changes that need to be made to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Changes will not be accepted after 24 hours.
CANCELLATIONS
We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. We try to get orders begun and turned out as quickly as possible, so cancellations are unable to be accepted after the 24 hour mark.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES & RUSH SHIPPING
Current shipping estimates are 3-5 business days for US shipments. Keep in mind this estimate is also determined by which shipping option you select.
Rush shipping is accepted. If an item is needed before shipping estimates or you are worried about getting it on time, please feel free to contact us to see if we are able to accommodate your request.
PROOFS
We do not automatically send proofs, as these are often not wholly accurate in coloring and placement. However, a proof can be requested within 48 hours of purchase by contact the shop.
VARIATIONS
Each material is hand picked and every item hand produced. Given these circumstances, there will be variations with each product, such as wood grain, knots, and other small variations.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time due to the customized nature of the products we produce. However, we never want a customer to be dissatisfied with their product and if you notice any damage or errors, please notify the shop within 24 hours of receipt and we do our best to assist you.
RESALE
All products produced are prohibited from resale, editing and subsequent reselling, or copying in any manner.
PRIVACY DISCLAIMER
I retain the right to keep and use for marketing purposes images taken by me of products created and sold by me, including information displayed on the actual item such as buyer’s customized names, dates, etc.
